Both Blue Bar and Havana Cafe Bar & Lounge is staying open for the games, so there is no excuse to stay at home (unless you absolutely have to be at work tomorrow morning).

The new high-speed train - Wuxi to Shanghai in 34 minutes

1st of July the new train line should be in operation.

Seeing the below map there is an lot of stations on this new line - including a Wuxi New District Station. We have not seen the official time table yet, but have found this link to the schedule for Shanghai Hongqiao to Wuxi. Prices look to be 98 rmb for 1st class and 61 rmb for 2nd class - somewhat expensive when you see that you dont save that much time because the train likely are stopping at more stations - hop on the direct D train instead for 47 rmb (1st class) and be there in 50 minutes. That is not longer than most of the new G trains.

However more trains, more speed, more choice - we ultimately love it.

A new dance club will open on Friday 25th - located upstairs from Ronnie's Australian bar it features half a car, a dancing pole and bouncing dance floor.

Two live DJ's will be pumping all night long.

World Cup Out Door Screen and Live Shows

Pop Pizza along with the Wuxi government has organized a large outdoor screen opposite Chang Jiang Guo Ji. In addition to the football there will also be some live competitions and possibly some live music and DJs as well on the weekend.

The first two matches are played there every night along with opportunity to order food and drinks.
